What does public relations mean to you?

Today it's all about reputation. How your audience feels about you at any given time can and should be influenced through careful and thoughtful interactions with brand champions (e.g. customers, employees, media, stockholders etc.).

How much has social media changed the landscape for brands?

Brand conversation now takes place around the clock. Monitoring and management of your brand's reputation must be a priority if that's a reputation you want to protect.
