December 2014, Keri and LGA's Belk PR team worked with Time Warner Cable News reporter Kate Gaier to feature a behind-the-scenes look at Belk’s e-commerce distribution and fulfillment center in Jonesville, S.C. Gaier reported on the impact the holiday shopping season, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday, had on the nation’s largest family owned and operated department store company. Throughout the interview and tour, Brad Kennedy, Belk’s director of e-commerce fulfillment, shared a number of statistics about orders they fulfill and ship during the holiday season.
